OpenMinds is seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Officer to manage our key programs. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the management team, communicating with our crucial partners, executing strategic plans, managing daily operations, and ensuring effective communication within the organisation.
Additionally, the candidate will serve as a point of contact between OpenMinds team and other stakeholders (foreign governments, tier 1 universities, think tanks, and tech companies), fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.

In this position, you will:
— Communicate daily with our partners & stakeholders to build strong & lasting relationships;
— Navigate a huge flow of ideas, commitments and plans to make sure everything is done & delivered on time;
— Implement a monitoring and evaluation plan to ensure effectiveness and adapt as needed;
— Develop strategies that align with organisational goals;
— Build connections between our Research, Tech and Campaigns departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
We are a perfect match if you have:
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+);
— 2+ years of experience in client-facing management positions;
— Exquisite ability to get things done :)
— Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
— Education or experience in Social & Behavioural Sciences, Communication, International Politics, or Russian Studies would be a plus.
